and inform the contact person by email about number of packages and date of expected delivery to Poznan.

If you have other specific needs (e.g. if you need to send something back) it will have to be arranged with the contact person.

Please note that all items will be transferred to the venue on Saturday, 22th October 2011 afternoon, so please send all materials early enough to be delivered to Poznan before that day.
